DTI, a research and development firm has designed an 8 channel servo tester to help in the detection of servo and wiring issues in small UAV’s.
The Servo Tester uses a simple inexpensive IC for the testing of all servo channels at the same time with the ability to identify and isolate problems. The system comes with a standard output pin or can be wired for custom applications.
This tester provides the user with the ability to check the movement and voltage to a specific servo, isolation of a servo from the rest of the system, and to aid in the proper trimming of aircraft surfaces.
