Kestrel T
The Kestrel-T is a small Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or Remotely Controlled Aircraft (RC) that is currently used to test and validate military sensor packages and system software and hardware components such as ADS-B and ATC Mode C Transponder and Altitude Encoder.
The aircraft can be sold with 72 MHZ RC Receiver and either a Cloudcap Autopilot or a Geneva Flight Tek Autopilot.
Several control station options exist featuring OpenUMI. This will allow the aircraft to function as a STANAG or JAUS vehicle.
Time Aloft - Up to 3 hrs. 20 mins. depending on selected power plant.
Range - Dependent on Data Link selected. Several options are available.
Fuel - Automotive fuel and light oil mix.
Crew Size – 2 to 4 people depending on mission and sensor suite
The Kestrel-T has been certified by the FAA
Complete mobile Ground Control Stations available for remote site flight support.
It has a payload of 12 lbs and can carry side mounted or pod mounted payloads (cameras).
Custom avionics installs available.
